Such a fabulous company! I recently ordered a few herbal things because I struggle to sleep and wanted to explore different nightcaps. I chose a few small things to try and found the website so easy to use, I ordered and received the shipping email straight away. There was a slight problem at the border due to brexit confusion and the parcel was returned, the company emailed me straight away saying they would like to try again and would do so free of charge. They tried again with a different company and I received the post a few days later. Super excited to try and will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you so much

I’ve ordered a grow kit from Zamnesia but unfortunately I got it diffected and it never gave me any harvest. I’ve wrote to Zamnesia team about it, and got quick positive response where they offered me to replace my sick grow kit to a new one. Thank you Zamnesia team! It’s nice to deal with you!

I would give these guys 11 if I could and that would be most for effort . Had a problem that I generated with a wrong post code . So they sent me a replacement that went dippidy too ,and ended up back in there laps . To make it short . Excellent and a very caring company done there best at all times even when I had given up 😝😝😝 Thank you ZAM . PS . Got my product with a present

I ordered a Supa gro kit extreme XL on Zamnesia, well in fact it is not my first order on Zamnesia. But this time the kit didn't go well, the support offered me 3 options, a voucher, another extreme xl kit or 2 smaller kits. This is awesome, I chose the 2 smaller kits. This is the first time I had to complain about anything on Zamnesia and still I have nothing to complain anymore as they fixed it so easily. This is what customer service should be everywhere. :-)
