I had a problem with three of the mushroom grow kits. I reported this to the guys a Zamnesia they asked me to try a few things to sort out the problem. This didnt work so they refunded me the total amount. Great company would use again. Its a shame about brexit!

AMAZING customer approach! I bought mycelium for $ 150 and unfortunately it came with a defect. the company reacted very quickly and after receiving photos that showed a defect, I got a refund in the form of a voucher. in addition, they ship the order immediately. I got it 3 days after buying it and I live in Denmark. I recommend shopping at zamnesia.com to everyone, I will use their goods again and again. Best regards, Mr. DL.

All products arraived and were very good. Only the growbox "mckennaii" in my order later was contaminated (I worked very clean and steril), Zamnesia just send me a new growbox to do it again. So they really care about the clients stay happy. For the good products and the good service they do for his clients I will give 5 stars. I will order again for sure. Greetings.

I've asked multiple questions for product information and they were always happy to help me out. My latest order was somehow out of stock after my purchase and they kindly replaced it with a similar product of choice (wich was more expensive). Their prices are great tho. 1 Thing that (kind of) bothers me is the minimum amount of €20 to place an order. I do get why they do this but if you need eg some fertillizers or joint filters you have to add something more expensive to it. Even tough with this minimum order value it is still my top recommended online shop for the kind of products they sell
