I rarely write reviews, but I’ll make an exception for Zamnesia. Very professional company! Always fast shipping. On top of that, the customer service is a joy to contact. Was missing free seeds from an order, but they just put them in my next order, that was already about to be in transit 👍

No complaints whatsoever, great products, fast delivery, easy BCNA payments and outstanding customer service. Seriously it's 10x better than anywhere else I've experienced, they went above and beyond in compensating for a gift bag that mistakenly wasn't included in my first order. If only I could rate higher than 5 stars, a top-notch company 😇

Ordered multiple times from this shop. Always great quality, and the one time the quality was not as expected (contaminated non-germinating spores) I reached out with my story and got a reply the same day. They are either sending me a replacement article or a voucher, both including free shipping. Great customerservice, keep it up guys and girls!
