This was my first order and the package was declared lost, the Zamnesia team sent me another one for free. Eventually because I received both packages, I asked to pay for the second package but they said that I should consider it as a gift for my sincerity, the first package still appears to be in transit.

I have dealt a few times with Zamnesia’s customer service department and I can’t stress enough how amazing they are. Zamnesia have the best possible customer service and help I have ever experienced they are fast at replying and friendly. I had bought some kits that didn’t preformed as expected and I wrote and email to Zamnesia explaining what happened and so on, and we got to an agreement I was satisfied with. I can definitely recommend these guys, they want happy customers and you can feel they have their customer best interests in mind. Will keep buying from Zamnesia as I’ve always done. 5/5 stars for sure!
