I'm a regular customer from them, always satisfied. For the first time I had an issue with an order, a cactus that came damaged. After I emailed the customer service, they told me what to do to save it. Unfortunately, the cactus was too damaged. But they did offered me a reship right away, the incident has so been closed within 2 days. They are truly amazing.

Purchased Growers choice grow kit which did not take off as expected and provided an underwhelming yield which only grew around the edges of the kit. After a brief back and forth with customer service I was offered the choice of a refund or a replacement growkit. Once again Zamnesia have proven themselves a reliable and trustworthy business who have the customers satisfaction at heart. Highly recommended, even when the product does not live up to expectations the customer service always delivers. Great website, simple organized and direct. Fast service. Very good overall in my opinion. The only thing i was not impressed with was the microdosing options on the truffles. The packaging, once opened does not leave sealed the remaining doses, making it just more expensive considering you are getting truffle "leftovers" over the regular doses... Just my 2 cents... Aside from that you guys are "on the money" and have me as a customer! Thank you!!!
