The best customer service. Even when I had some issues with my order they helped me and offered me the best possible solution. For the people who complain that they waited so long... Guys i waited for my first order 2 months. Turns out it was not Zamnesia's fault. They just send it to courier's office.

Imagine sending your money to have a company only contact you because you made a review on trust pilot? Two weeks after you send the money and wait patiently? So after waiting for essentially three weeks the package finally arrived. With an item that was absolutely not what I ordered. I emailed them and they took a couple of days to get back to only to ask me to send a picture with order number on, understandable but definitely not annoying, I have to write on a piece of paper after they couldn’t correctly complete the order. This has been an annoying process and their communication is slow and lax as though they do not care whatsoever. I’m astonished at the communication. 29/05 From this and the money spent I’m to wait a month. Excellent. Thank you. UPDATE - 2/06/2020 These guys are actually the best, they absolutely redeemed themselves!
