Bought many products from Zamnesia in the past 5 years. Recently a vape which they sent me a new battery after the other wasn’t working. Then I commented in a review that didn’t receive some scales I’d won in last years November Madness. Welll they kindly sent me an email explaining they’d send it to me or could have had a voucher. Extremely good company who look after customers.

The service is very kind and helpful. However, it was said that a product was not in stock and after several times asking it was all of a sudden in stock again. The service argued that they themself sometimes don't know when new products are available. This shoulb be better communicated to them.
