Superb Service, prompt deliveries and very helpful staff!!!

Hey Guys! Zamnesia is a very honest and staff friendly website. Sooo I will keep it short and accurate. I had a problem with my 1st box,it got Mould(I was OVERCONFIDENT :D) So I wrote them and now everything is okay! scale 1-10 Chat support: 10 (speed and helpfulnes from chat) Staff support:10 (By that I mean they are very friendly and cooperative) They give you a lot of discounts and vouchers for making simple stuff as review or just ordering and you again get (For example Winter Discounts Calendars) :D I mean yeah the Prices aren't that low but the quality,shipping,support etc COMPENSATES for that :D. Best of Luck guys ! Keep it that way :D

The story goes like this. Me here, reading about ancient egypt as much as possible can from wikipedia and discovering some herb/plant/flower which is called Nymphaea caerulea (Blue Lotus). I ordered the product from Zamnesia and they notified me that product shipping will have bit of a delay. Well this is very polite thing to do, they even give me a little present extra for the delay. What an awsome support. Thank you Thijn, Zamnesia support.

Hey!!! Denmark here Love the products and service surrounding it.. Been using the shop on and off for 10 years!!! And i have had a few products arriving less than perfect! But over 10 years and a lot of glass or plants in the mail!!!!!! 5 Stars is the only thing that couldt be true

Had trouble with first batch of mushrooms but they did everything they could and replaced the mushrooms that did grow and give me voucher for same price as mushrooms. Excellent thank you

I bought several items from zamnesia - - Golden Teacher by Zamnesia -> currently 3. flush with very fruity bodies. They are also very potent, more than ones I use to pick in the forest. Love them! - Truffles - Atlantis & Mexicana worked well

I 'm sure they swap seeds, honestly. do not buy single seeds, it's a rip off. you think you are buying sensi seed for example and they send something from cheap breeder. I compared, the seeds half the usual size, what caught my attention straight away. I do not recommend, I even took time to write this!

Problems with the courier, who were not very helpful btw and could not help resolve, spoke with CS at zamnesia, problem resolved immediately with just an email! Product did arrive and was blown away with both quality and results. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer support, delivery came within expected guidelines. Unfortunately my whole range of product was mushrooms and these have now been removed from the site so can no longer use their services. Real shame.

Was delivered perfectly, such a shame they do not deliver here any more. The products were identical. One grew within 2 weeks. The other has had no signs of sprouting, even after over a month. Thats why its not a 5
