My vaporizer is out of order after 3 months of use. I send it back to Zamnesia and no news from them so I call and they told me they don't have a clue where my item is. I sent them the proof that the package was received by them. No decision yet. Just run and don't ever buy from them. They don't give a damn about their customers. ***

I must say, that it is rare - like extremely rare, to experience a costumer service like the one they offer at Zamnesia...! The goods arrive duly after order placement, always in good conditions (packed decent and careful) and by any chance of dissatisfaction, the costumer service takes care of it... Leaving me as a costumer, no chance to be dissatisfied. If only all businesses were run like this. What a joy it would be :) Thanks for great products and support. I can only give my warmest recommendations

Zamnesia is simply the best. They have the best support on the world, i have never seen support like this, you have an answer in 1 day and they have solution for every problem, trust me i had problems and they helped me out every single time.
