I bought a golden teacher mushroom kit from zamnesia and after a while I noticed nothing is growing. I contacted their customer service and sent the photos of the kit and after a few emails, they told me that there's some problems with the kit and offered me a new kit. The second kit has been growing. Also they sent me a free voucher of the seeds too. Great and responsive customer service.

I ordered some books and got one book that I didn’t order. After sending them a email. I got a quick response from them. They even gave me 2 options how to solve it and of which I could choose .
