I must say, that it is rare - like extremely rare, to experience a costumer service like the one they offer at Zamnesia...! The goods arrive duly after order placement, always in good conditions (packed decent and careful) and by any chance of dissatisfaction, the costumer service takes care of it... Leaving me as a costumer, no chance to be dissatisfied. If only all businesses were run like this. What a joy it would be :) Thanks for great products and support. I can only give my warmest recommendations

Zamnesia is simply the best. They have the best support on the world, i have never seen support like this, you have an answer in 1 day and they have solution for every problem, trust me i had problems and they helped me out every single time. On many orders, there is a very good follow-up to be certain that one is satisfied. However, a complaint from me by mail for a defective item has remained unanswered: magic mushroom XXL, a box for nothing because of a fault box broken

Would be 10 if I could. Absolute top rate efficient amd friendly service that dealt with transaction and shipment quickly but checked in with me every step of the way even alerting me that it had been delivered before I even knew! Thank you Zamnesia team

I haven't yet tried the product so this is just a delivery review. It took almost a month (26 days) from order to product in hand. First the address on the package had been missprinted and when it finally came to my country it got stuck in customs. The package was discreet in appearance but big enough to catch their interest. Ended up coming up with an alternative content and paying a fee for that. Paid more in shipping and fees than for the product it self. If the product is good I will probably order from them again but ask if delivery could be made in a normal envelope.
