Waited aprox 6 -7 days and my parcel arrived by a different courier than I had been informed would be delivering it. Proceeded to open my box to find nothing. update. One week later recieved another parcel after my feedback had been recieved and replied to, and this one was all present & correct :)

zamnesia service is excellent!, but some of there products are bad quality, like the stormvaporizer which tastes like plastic or many seed strains with low gemrate. But thats just bad luck, zamnesia just delievers and does what it promise!

I love the guys from zamnesia. The variaty of products is awesome. And the customer service is simply stunning. I had a defecrive heat mst and got it replaced in literaly minutes. The staff is always friendly and very competent

Can't say enough about how good zamnesia's customer service is. Ordered from them very fast delivery with no implications. Also I contacted them for advice as I messed up with my first package and didn't get to reap the benefits of said package and I received amazing advice and another 2 packages for free as they didn't want me to feel annoyed due to the faults of my own! Amazing team I won't be using any other source in the future.
