I just love Zamnesia the way the help the costumers with any kind of problems or questions.. best costumer support i've gotten so far to be honest. I ordered quite a lot already with never ONE problem until last weekend, i just send an e-mail and gotten quick response with what they can do for me and stuff and we sorted it out. Zamnesia is worth 7 starts on 5 in my opinion !

Amazing customer service i tell ya, i ordered a scale and it was broken so they sent me a new one, that one was broken too so they sent me another but different one since i asked to.. the orders arrives on time very fast and i got nothing to complain, even the mushrooms grow amazingly :D thanks!

The best service ever. All the reviews on here are good for a reason, 5 stars. I don't usually review things but I'm so impressed by Zamnesia and its customer service that I felt I had to. I've ordered a lot of times and every single time the goods have been delivered! Good tracking information too. And very good customer service as aforementioned. They reply quickly and go out their way to be helpful. I wish every company was like this!

Zamnesia should school other companies on customer care as they provided me with the best experience I've ever had buying something online. Even though I had two contaminated grow kits which were not made by themselves they still compensated me when they were tied by law and couldn't replace them. They offered me a store credit for over *** more than the original order. They have good response times to emails and you can tell that they genuinely care and are there to please you as a valued customer. Well done guys.
