I placed an order, and after waiting for a few days more than the approximated delivery estimation, I contacted Zamnesia with my query and was met with an immediate response. After a few messages back and forth to try and find out the problem (all swiftly and politely responded to), I was happy to find out that I would be re-sent my order, without any charge, as a gesture of good will. This package was then delivered, well before the estimated 10 working days.

Ordered truffles from zamnesia and twice they didn't arrive due to poor service from Hermes delivery, zamnesia were brilliant they sent out a replacement order twice Intil I got the package, there were quick to reply to my messages and are very helpful ,I have ordered two more packages from zamnesia now and they both arrived quickly with no issues, the truffles were great, well done Zamnesia.

So I wanted to order Supa Gro Kit 100% 'Mexican'. But unfortunately it was sold out, so I went with "B+" variety. I guess it just shows you how much in demand they are. Received the item quite fast, everything was packed very discreetly and safe for the product. I also purchased the heating mat and I do recommend in investing in that, as growing is full of anticipation for the results. It just makes everything faster and easier when it comes managing the temperature. Everything went brilliant, got my first flush, 20,5 g of dried mushrooms. Only thing I can say is follow the guide and you will get results. This was my first time growing anything and it was very simple. Only for some reason I had problems with the next flushes, I pretty sure I did everything right and very clean. Tried twice after that, got like seven mushrooms. So I was disappointed that I didn't get my moneys worth, but I'll give zamnesia the benefit of the doubt, I might just have done something wrong. Apart from that, everything was more than pleasing. Thank you zamnesia for doing a great job, for the community of our world.

Ate the whole packet as soon as it arrived. The experience was intense in the fact that my mind was going crazy with thoughts, ideas and reflecting on past experiences and thinking about the current goings-on in my life. Visually speaking, there were slight distortions, everything seemed more "glittery" and patterns "snaked" there way in an indistinct movement. everything seemed to have a "chalky, magical" touch up. This product was good but definitely not as strong as its made out to be though I do think it is one of if not the most potent type of magic truffle available on the market. The company is also very good and reliable.
