Though there were some issues with delivering to the UK the Zamnesia team was extremely dillegent in getting back to me and finding a solution to the issue. Really happy with the service and will be using them again if circumstances change.

one time i received a product without a box where you can read the info and what is more important - expiry date, it was just in the bag. Ok, i tried it, because i trusted this provider, and it was a bad experience and after that i had stomach problems so i had to see a doctor who found some bacteria. i suggest the provider sent an out of date product. I wouldn't trust this provider.

I have used Zamnesia several times for truffles and have always received the order exactly as specified, which is always high quality, delivered discreetly. The only issue is the delivery time takes slightly longer than I anticipated, around a week and a half from order to delivery.
