I told them in the comments in my order to NOT send me any comercial with the shipping, but anyway they sent comercial about their *** products (*** in most countries except where they are based) in the shipment. Otherwise all good. Update: thats correct now when Im thinking about it. I just remember that I was upset when I opened the parcel. I assumed there would be no comercial since it says "shipped discrectly" and then it comer with comercial about *** stuff.

Good reliable service, very helpful customer service. I have nothing to complain about. I have used them many times and I have no complaints, I have ordered a number of different items and I am very happy with the service and the products they sell....I will definitely being using them again...

There were some mistakes between shipping company and zamnesia and myself....it was sorted very efficiently when I went about it...cant say the same for shipping company...only thing I would say is for a more of an option of deliverly...ie. local postal service or shipping of your choice? Anyway,great to have a selection so broad....

*** was so so helpful when I had a problem and sent me two replacements by accident. I offered to pay for one but they said it was no issue and to look at it as a birthday gift. So kind! Also the quality of their produucts and packages are amazing and level of customer service is second to none. You're never waiting long for a response from them. I highly recommend them and the only thing I'd change is I'd LOVE for them to offer express shipping to the UK one day so I could get my parcel in a couple of days rather than a full week. It's no problem though. Thanks a lot Zamnesia!!
