All parcels arrived safely and on time. Amazing support. When I got a bad product they gave me a chance to order a new one for free after few simple steps.

I've used Zamnesia many times and always been impressed with the prompt delivery of my orders, even with me being in the UK. There has only been one time that I had an issue where my signed for delivery was missing and that turned out to be the UK couriers error. They apparently delivered to a house with the same number, but in an adjacent street. Despite the problem not being caused by Zamnesia, I emailed them anyway so they had feedback on the couriers they used. The customer service from Zamnesia was faultless and their quick response times to all my emails impressed me. To top it all though, they happily sent out a replacement order on the very same day and at absolutely no cost to me... You can't beat service like that it shows they really care about their customers. I honestly don't shop anywhere other than Zamnesia when I'm looking for the products they stock.

Fast efficient delivery... Great customer service... 1st order was amazing had a brilliant time second time order did not have the same result I contact customer service to inform them and they kindly offered a replacement.. I recieved items in a couple days I have recommended to friends and they were also pleases with products and services

Zamnesia have a great team who immediately and efficiently resolve any issues, however of late the grow kits have been a little disappointing. Having said that if any have failed (due to mold being in them) they have been replaced straight away. I've been very happy doing business with them.
