I have tried contacting Zamnesia and had no response, would have been happy to buy another kit if they could tell me what went wrong

They don‘t just provide you with quality products, they also offer you the right tools for a fair price. And if you wanna dive deep you can buy books with profound information for the respective topic (e.g. The Psylocibin Mushroom Bible). But if you can‘t afford it or you just don‘t wanna buy it, they provide you with blog articles that give you more or less the same information. And that‘s the cherry on top for me. They‘re not gatekeeping their knowledge. Love you guys for this. I’m a happy customer for years and i’m not even thinking about buying somewhere else.

This is the worst shop I've ever ordered something. I'm waiting for over 10 days for shipping, they have received my payment ages ago. I've written an email, the support is non existent. Zero communication, I don't know if I ever will receive my order. BE AWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM ZCAMNESIA!!!

You guys are really slow to respond. My last order ended up in the trash. I got some mutation cake, it wasn't what it was supposed to be....

ordered many times on Zamnesia, always great experience. one time they sent wrong order but I was happy with their solution ;)

I bought a fresh grow kit. My first experience growing mushrooms. Very simple, it did just work! I used a plastic box with a heat mat to maintain the right temperature. Harvested within 2 weeks :O Nitpick: I could have done with more detailed instructions about harvesting - like what the fruiting bodies should look like, whether to harvest them all at one go (even the tiny ones), etc.

The order arrived smoothly without any issues. The truffles were great and the dose was exactly as I anticipated. Thank you!

Bought many grow kits now and all have been remarkably easy to use, good clear instructions from their website and a smooth quicky delivery. Will certainly be using again.

It has been a really long wait for a product to come from neatherlands to malta(which on website mention a 6-8 days delivery). It has been more than 10 working days and still the tracking reffers to as handed over to tha airlines/in transit...i wonder if i will recieve it or not..

It took 3 weeks to receive my order. Poor commercial communication. They did not communicate on the fact they were moving the warehouse and that delivery would be delayded. The product was very dry and seemed contaminated ( yellow spots). They lately offered a replacement growing box but no follow up till now.

Very good at keeping informed via email, every step of the way. Delivery arrived promptly. Very good overall service.

Great choice of products and high quality. Some items sell out quickly but if you keep an eye on the stock you can get some rare and unusual things. Shipping is swift and fully tracked. All well packed.

Great service, fast and reliable

I ordered a mackilla gorilla all in one grow kit it came all broken up in bag also had a puddle of yellow liquid and brown sludge at bottom from transport never had this problem before but I'm now waiting on a response from zamnesia hopefully this can be resolved.
