Not much to add, the delivery took a little while but other than that everything is exactly as expected. Pretty happy with the products

It took 4 business days to dispatch the package after creating shipping notice. Not sure what was the issue. Sent an email asking what is going on and I got the reply the day after dispatching the package. Aslo I called their number next day after sending an email and lady on the other side told me that everything is fine and on Monday shipping status will be updated as it was in the end. If they were completely honest what was the problem when I asked I would give them 5 stars.

Website is great, easy to Order, process was god, when I had question, they immediately answered. The product I received looks good, but I am still waiting for the results

No respond at all when I try to contact about my delivery

The kit arrived discreetly with no problems. I had a good first flush, but lots of mushrooms growing along the sides of the tray buried in the substrate which made them hard to harvest without digging about and ruining the sterility. I had a few on second flush, total of about 20g which I was pleased with, not bad for a beginner!

They are very kind and highly professional in customer service, and their products are first-class.

We have always had a great experience ordering from Zamnesia and love their products, unfortunately the last order we made we only had a 3 out of 5 germination rate which is unfortunate because normally the germination rate is very good.

It has been the worst experience ever with Zamnesia. I’ve been a client for years and I’ve never had problems like with my last order. I did not receive any confirmation of the payment or news about my order for three weeks. I tried to contact the costumers service multiple times, at least once a week, without results. The answers arrived almost a month later, all together, saying that it was okay. No one cared about the fact that I thought my money were gone for the whole month. I’m not sure I’ll order from you again.

Zamnesia has a wide range og quality products and if there's any problems they are very helpful.

Products where for the most oke i m still waiting to see if the growkit starts growing bht the truffels were moldi when they arived

Used to be quick delivery, now taking too long. Last couple of deliveries took so long items had perished, over €100 worth. No option to pay extra for fast delivery. Other issue I had was they didn't not have one item so they delayed entire order. Communication extremely slow. They did eventually refund but took nearly a month after original order was placed. Never had these issues before, not sure what's changed but hope it's rectified
