The parcel is stuck in the local post office and it cannot be delivered... Why do I have to go and pick it up??? It was supposed to be delivered to my address....

the website is good with lots of products, especially the mushroom section. i have ordered and bought almost 10 grow boxes of mushrooms over time. every time they have given good returns. have always received the items quickly in the mail. have had many good trips on the products

Always on point with everything even with help and advice when needed. I've never had any issues with zamnesia. Problems have always been solved.

The communication with customer support was fantastic. There was a delay with shipping due to an issue in the warehouse I believe. However it was communicated and I was offered a discount on my next order to make up for it. Im on my 10th day with the ready to grow kit and am seeing pins forming already. This is my first growing experience and it couldnt be easier ! I will be returning and recommending zamnesia to friends !

Ordered and got what i paid for. No reasonable complaints. The site is a little janky and the time between order confirmation/verification/shipping or whatever took a bit longer than expected and that was mildly worrisome with no status updates on the website, but this is peanuts.

Really satisfied with Zamnesia. Fast shipment and good packaging. Products that I ordered were of high quality. Instructions given on site were clear and easy to follow. Also, quite a number of reviews for products is also helpful. Will be using this site for sure in the future.

Zamnesia is the best. Profesional customer service, good quality of the products. They really care. The only thing I would like to be better is the shipping time, right now it takes about 10 days to my country. But it's understandable. Really recommend!

I was a little confused as to a certain promotion but after emailing zamnesia, it was sorted super quick and very polite responses from the customer service couldn't recommend a better site than zamnesia.

2-3 days to send your order is a lie. Contacted them to stress i needed the product. 1ste blame the shipping agency, 2nd blame the warehouse and their new system. With a few more days for my deadline they waited untill it was to late. So good job waiting 1,5 weeks for sending my ****.

the order system automatically changed my address to a wrong one (i typed in my address correctly) my calls and emails to change the address seemed to have worked (was told the address was changed twice) but in reality it did not had to redirect the delivery to a packet shop to ensure i receive it the staff i spoke to were all extremely nice but I had to keep on top of the order throughout to ensure delivery on top of that the packet was dispatched more than ten days after the order - even though the promise was of 5 working days delivery. it then took nearly another week to arrive disappointing given that the order is time sensitive given the stressful experience i would not recommend zamnesia to others
