I ordered my product over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Very poor service

Shrooms, weeds seeds, live cacti, opiate alternatives, grow supplies, vapes and a wealth of information … I’ve ordered them all from Zam. Only once did I have an issue and they sorted it so quickly and efficiently, it ended up improving my perception of the company. I frequently recommend Zamnesia to anyone who less conventional medicinal interventions.

I have bought 3 batches of seeds. 1 in 3 usually geminate as the other 2 are so small and immature that they don't have the energy to survive. They are tiny, and I am no longer going to buy from these guys.

I have good experiences with shopping at Zamnesia, deliveries are fast in EU at least, and the products always left me satisfied. In the past however i was met with unresponsive support when asking about a product that did not behave as expected, that is why i'm deducting 1 star.

As as American living in Europe, it's crazy what I am allowed to order off this site. The speed of service was great and the selection is HUGE! The prices beat another I've seen in the states and I find myself aimlessly browsing the site (probably spending too much $$). I even got a discount for my b-day, and some other discounts and vouchers. I think I might be in love...

The products are excellent but the major distinction of Zamnesia is the quality and responsiveness of their customer service. The products, being of biological origin do vary from batch to batch, and the Service team fully recognises this, and is very sensitive to yield and quality being affected by minor variables. Responses are always helful and constructive
