Mushroom grow bag came reasonably quickly to the UK, Packaged in a way that I could just set up my grow in the packaging itself. So I didn't need to touch anything. Basically just open out the box and wait. Easy credit card payment.

I've made a small number of purchases from Zam, on the one occasion I had an issue I contacted them and they put it right straight away -> Same experience as a friend who initially recommend them. I'm sure I'll be back. =]

i have read the reviews and heard of unsuccessful batches from kits, mine resulted in a first flush of 38g with the potency of a microdose. having reported such to support i got an inquiry to detail my experience on the next day. having done so, next day i was told the fault was not mine and given the choice of reshipment or store credit equal to purchase value with free shipment. this was definitely the right mushroom species and not a ****. how difficult are scaled mushroom cultivation and logistics? i do not know enough to make a proper judgement. the experience i got so far makes it worth dealing with them again at least, i did not suffer through any ai hallucinations and had simple functional human contact while dealing with support. the shipment itself was also handled perfectly fine and timely.
