But you still have to work on the gift-card thing. When you can't deliver and I get a gift card instead I can't use it like my money. My money is combinable with every coupon, the giftcard made out of my money isn't combinable. maybe you could also improve your bonus seed system. Actually people like to make smaller orders if they are looking for bonus seed. If you make just one big order you get a lot of seeds but just one strain. With smaller orders is the chance of getting different strains bigger. I guess lots of people would be happy to get different bonus seed strains especially in a big order

Fast response, when I thought there was an issue. (There wasn't. The delivery was delayed due to DHL.) The shipping is fast and reliable. Many useful products, and the quality of the seeds is really outstanding. Till now I have 100 % germination. The Tribe program is a really good idea not only from the point of marketing. I Love zamnesia and buy my seeds since 4 years. Last Time i got Probleme with germination, zamnesia Support was fast an super helpful offering me to give me voucher for the full Bill or the Same seeds for free. They got a Hufe amount of quality seeds and sorts.

I've ordered 7 times from theyr website already, its always been good quality and whenever something broke during shipping or something wasn't working they gave me a full refund, i'll definetly keep buying from them.

I really enjoy shopping from Zamnesia and the cilustomer support is outstanding. The only issue is that you cannot calculate the delivery times and I would like to have an extra fast shipping feature, because sometimes you just want the merchandise fast for an impromptu weekend escape.
