The final delivery was the worst option you could pick in Greece, Greek post ELTA is the worst option for anything, I would suggest you change your final delivery people as ELTA made the whole experience unnecessarily bad, other than that everything was perfect.

Seeds germinated and instantly shriveled, while ALL other seeds went on to grow fine. Contacted customer service. First I received a smart ass comment directing me to a germination tutorial. After I sent pictures, I haven't gotten a single reply. Terribly frustrating, really bad service.

I ordered stuff to a locky point, i got email saying it canmot be shipped there, i gabe another adress and took forever to getbthebpackage. On the end arrived to the locky anyway. I am going to give one more shot. If it goes like the first one.i will go to another website

No order even after more than double as the expected delivery time. No response from any customer service. Big **** !! I’ll report fraud as it’s my right to get my money refunded but no one there gives a ****. Buy somewhere else !! It’s not the only bad experience with them.

Never had any problem

I tried reaching out to Zamnesia about their mistake but was left in the dark. Zamnesia customer service ignored me, I wanted to cancel my order but I never got any reply at all. Very disappointed I'm afraid.

I ordered a new piece of kit from Zamnesia and accidentally ordered two of the items. I called and spoke to a human being who was able to advise how to arrange a partial return. Products arrived safely and are as good as I had hoped. I’ve also previously used the shop to buy vaping accessories. Great!
