I ordered "Auto Cinderella," but you sent me "Auto Think Big" instead. I have already provided the photos and evidence as requested. You promised me a discount coupon or a replacement, but I have received nothing so far. This delay is unacceptable and is affecting my growing schedule. Please provide the coupon code or confirm the replacement shipment within the next 24 hours. I do not want to be forced to leave a negative review or take further action. Package was delayed by quite a bit but not your fault since it was Black Friday. Product arrived intact and good quality. Will be shopping here again!

Ordered on November 30th still not get my products, today is December 18th. They still just sending me emails about the issue, but not handling the problem and I'm here without my order... I can't recommend this company based on my first experience

Website is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Lots of products to meet all sorts of needs. First time I have used Zamnesia so I will review my individual items in time. Delivery took a while getting to the UK but I imagine that is due to the Christmas rush so I wasn't bothered.

Due to the long delivery i‘m skeptic that my product will work, ruined my plans. Next time i’ll probably try another site - atp just annoyed with the lack of info as to why there are problems with the delivery time. Frankly I don‘t believe its because of black friday or the holidays, as it seems this problem was there before that. so yeah disappointed and not even excited anymore for the order.

So far I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. The numerous products ordered have been excellent and when they weren't it was sorted out very quickly without any issues. Highly recommend.

With any service it’s not the absence of problems but how they are sorted that marks the company. Occasionally shipping takes longer and some kits may fail but these problems gave always been sorted quickly and very satisfactory!!

This is the second time I have ordered from zamnesia, and they have been great. I got a really good deal durring the black friday sale and the customer service has been great. I did have some technical issues paying (was my fault, technology is not my thing lol) but they were so good and answered my emails within a few hour, and everything was sorted out. Delivery was pretty quick, so would definitely recommend and will be buying from them again. Can't wait to see how my shrooms get on

I have always received my products, even when there was a delay or missing package in the mail. Zam has always come through!! I wont shop anywhere else. This organisation has outstanding customer service. Their product is great and on the rare occassion that there has been an issue, their excellent customer service team has dealt with it proactively and positively. Highly recommended on-line supplier.

Simply lost money as they didnt hit or even a slght differnece after gaving it.

Ich hatte mehrere Samen bestellt. Ich hatte nie probleme mit der Keimung, dann habe ich neue Sorten von Zamnesia probiert. Die Keimung war Katastrophe, 1von3 0von3. Die negativen Bewertungen zu den Sorten wurden natürlich nicht veröffentlicht, lieber wurden einem schnell 5 neue Samen versprochen auf die ich bis heute warte.

I will try again, because possibly due to my fault (waited too long) second flush did not work, otherwise all good.

Updates throughout ordering process

Ordered 3 weeks ago and my tracking tells me my order was posted a few days ago. Even now the tracking has it still in NL and not even left the country yet. No response from Zamnesia in 3 days. Will never use again AVOID!
