Fast and efficient and quality

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delayed delivery(Order#89730343) of my package. Even as I submit this review, I continue to await the parcel, which is currently being handled by the Greek postal service ELTA. I would like to bring to your attention that ELTA in Greece is reportedly facing closure. In remote and inaccessible areas such as mine, there is no nearby branch — it is located many kilometres away — and their telephone lines go unanswered. I would strongly recommend that you review your partnership with this particular carrier, as the repeated delays are significantly damaging your reputation and create the impression among customers that your company is not a reliable business. While I am very pleased with the quality of your products, I will have to seriously reconsider whether to place any future orders with you.

My 1st order arrived at my adress and the order was delivered with no product ,i got in contact with zamnesia support and they quickly sorted my problem out very quickly

Best "Private delivery" service experience

So from what I understand, you guys are starting to use a new warehouse system, which is nice and should be upgraded over time, but it’s taking a bit too long with the deliveries lately (waiting more than a month for a delivery currently). Otherwise, as stated in the one sentence, I absolutely love your products and will be ordering more.

They are advertised as .co.uk but based in the Netherlands, customer support is a joke no live chat just longwinded time consuming emails that don't resolve issues, or the other option you pay for international call charges, refused to cancel my order even though it states you can, no id check throughout the whole process so children could buy if they wanted, should not be allowed to trade in the uk in breach of countless violations and im making appropriate organisations know this

I love the Zamnesia team I mostly use it for grow kits too grow mushrooms but they haven’t disappointed me. I had good yields from them and all the product they send me were in perfect condition. The scratch cards are also a nice edition and I love too see what I can get for free on my next order. It’s the best side I have used in regards to seeds and mushrooms. Mush love.
