The whole process was very pleasant, from selecting the desired product to the shipped product (including the cool royal seeds catalog). Also, multiple payment options are always welcomed, the discreet shipping is very good and the product did reach our expectations. The service is good. Nothing to complain there. The problem was the product. It was defective i think. A very poor yield. I followed the instructions carefully. Even put a the thermo blanket but the flushes were too little (two flushes and less than a half of the surface capacity) My guess is that the block was poor in nutrients

It would be nice to have more precise instructions and guidelines. Some terminology was unfamiliar to me. Drying was for instance not really obvious to me how to do. With this said, the product was brilliant and super easy to use.
