Bought for Christmas a golden teacher kit plus a set of Amnesia seeds. We had experience as growers but experienced some issues with both kits. We are drying at this moments a small bunch of mushrooms to try this weekend so we will tell you more soon and, regarding the amnesia seeds, we had a 0/4 score. Wrote to the support teams about our experience and they came back with great news that cheer us up so great support and we definitely recommend Zamnesia

I accidentally let a gift certificate expire. It was a year after expiration and I emailed Zamnesia and asked if they would honor it. They said they would. It was so nice to work with a real person who was able to make a decision that kept their customer (me) happy.

I had ordered several mushroom kits from zamnesia. Never had a problem with any of them. My last order has 2 kits which didn't produce any mushrooms. After contacting zamnesia, they gave me a voucher to the same value. Great company, top class customer service

When I placed my order, I specifically noted on the "additional comments" section to make sure my order is delivered to the Azores and NOT mainland Portugal. I even sent a quick follow-up email to the company immediately after placing the order to make sure the address includes Azores. Two days later I get an email from Zamnesia that they didn't see my email or note and that they don't send to the Azores. So I asked for a refund - NOPE. When the package is returned to them, then they may refund. My subsequent emails to the company were returned to me as "undeliverable". The company actually blocked my emails and all I did was ask for a refund. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and also with Trust Pilot. Absolutely the worst customer service. This was my first time using Zamnesia and will certainly be my last.
