*** has never disappointed me. I am super happy with their customer service and with how helpful, supportive, and understanding they are. I also appreciate the fact that they tend to respond very quickly. Some businesses take a long time to respond (or completely forget to) and ruin the customer experience... I highly recommend *** and I am very glad that I found them!

Agradou-me tudo na (única) compra que realizei, desde os produtos, às ofertas, ao tempo de entrega e às embalagens. Por enquanto, por ser cliente recente, não tenho grandes sugestões de melhoria... mas talvez pudessem fazer melhores manuais sobre os kits de crescimento de cogumelos.

Selection and quality second to none. Would have preferred less detail about contents on the packaging as parcel was delivered to a nosey neighbour by delivery driver, who didn't give accurate info about where they'd left it.

Didn't have luck with this grow kit,although I followed instructions regarding temp,humidity etc the kit long to produce pins which only fruited 5 or 6 after 5 weeks,at the same time constipation developed in the form of green mould.

I made an order with you and the product did not work.I told you this and you awarded me a replacement of the same products.you did not (and still do not) have both the products in stock but have assured me that once you have the one product back in stock you will send it to me (this is why it is 4.5 and not a 5) and I do have every confidence in that you will do so.my order was my first but you have already made a loyal (possibly life long) customer of me and I am a massive psyconaut....PLEASE KNOW IN THE NEXT SECTION I RATED NEXT LEVEL 5 BY MISTAKE (touched my phone screen b6 accident).I give next level 2 out if 5

Your products are hit or miss. One grow is fantastic and I get multiple flush’s out of one (Mexican). On the other hand the next one is absolutely terrible (B+) and produces absolutely nothing. It’s a 50/50 chance on if it’s gonna be a good grow. Would only recommend if you have £***/£*** to potentially waste
