Purchased a ready 2 grow bag and unfortunately it failed to develop into anything. Sent an email explaining my situation through to the help service and was offered a voucher to cover the cost of the grow bag plus free shipping. Hopefully my next purchase will be more successful.

What I like about Zamnesia is the ability to choose a wide variety of products without placing many single orders from different vendors, which is nice. There is a great selection, the delivery is fast, so far so good :)

You guys have been great via email however I placed an order for seeds 2 weeks ago and still not received it after my first parcel was damaged. I’m hoping to have it in the next few days as it’s £80 I’m currently down

I have gotten from many verified breeders. This is not one of them. No secure payment option. No verified breeder information. And after doing research, many many complaints about genetics and germination. I’m waiting for a response from customer service. I want my money back. All items are intact. I no longer want them.
