Had problems germinating three seeds (Cherry Cola auto), none of them germinated. Zamnesia provided three seeds from their seed bank and explained to me, how to germinate correctly.

Habe jetzt schon öfters bei Zamnesia bestellt. Immer zufrieden bis jetzt. Bei der letzten Bestellung hat einiges gefehlt, aber super mit dem freundlichen Kundenservice zu meiner Zufriedenheit geregelt. Ich kann Zamnesia nur weiter empfehlen.

I got some seeds that wouldn’t germinate and Zamnesia is sending me more for free! They are a great company and I’ll keep getting my seeds from here no matter what!!!

I am a regular client at Zamnesia since 2020 and I have always been satisfied with my orders. Well packed, in time and the goods were always been of good quality for any kind of products. I had once a problem and the Zamnesia team was very reactive, they listened me well and find a solution very quickly that fit me very well. I will order again and I recommand Zamnesia to anybody.

It says fast delivery in their web page, but that was not the case.

From far, the best costumer service I ever had ! They will take their time to explain you everything you need to know about the products, how to use and how to store. Very useful, specially for beginners.

These people are pretty good, i put order in but somewhere along the line did not get what was ordered. emailed these guys and girls and they were strat on it after i had provided pictures of goods received. offered replacement wrong items or voucher , I went for replacement and I am glad to say they are good to word and i received the goods i had ordered. it took about 2 weeks in all but i am happy with the gooods and the service from the Team at ZAMNESIA

Another great experience with Zamnesia. The products are top quality and comes excellent. There was a bit of a problem with the product sent. But after raising a ticket with support the issue was resolved quickly and they issued a voucher for replacement. They're a really trustworthy company with great products and services. I'm very happy to highly ;-) recommend them.

Ich habe schon oft bei Zamnesia bestellt. Bei der letzten Lieferung gab ein kleines Problem bei Versenden ,das aber sehr schnell und unkompliziert behoben wurde. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann Zamnesia nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Produkte von Zamnesia sind zweifellos sehr gut. Vorausgesetzt sie kommen alle an. Leider war dies bei mir nicht der Fall. 2 der bestellten Produkte fehlten. Nach Kontakt mit dem überaus freundlichen Support von Zamnesia wurde dem aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Mir wurde angeboten entweder die fehlenden Waren nachzusenden oder mir einen Gutschein über den Warenwert inklusive gratis Versand auszustellen. Damit kann ich gut leben. Auch einem Zamnesia Elf kann mal ein Fehler unterlaufen. Kein Problem. Wurde ja schnell zufrieden stellend geklärt. Danke Zamnesia. Gern wieder.

After only two of my six seeds germinated, i left a review. I had no expectations, i only wanted to inform so they can take action if they experience a lot of the same problems with these seeds. Zamnesia customer service contacted me with a bunch of helpful information and an offer to send me 4 seeds as compensation. The contact person was very friendly, helpful and all communication went fast and flawless. I would recommend this store to everyone!
