I’ve ordered twice from them. The first product was flawless. The second product ended up being contaminated (although it’s in a sealed bag), however the customer support offered a voucher for the value of the kit purchased, therefore very happy with my customer experience. I’m sure the products are normally good I was just unlucky, and even so very happy with the compensation given. I will definitely continue purchasing from Zamnesia.

I really like how much information there is on the website and how clear it is, for a new user like me it feels like the beginning of the safe space to use the products. After ordering, it took some time (about 4 days) for the order to be dispatched but after that it arrived really fast. I did send a message asking about it and they responded right away.
