After receiving my first seeds, planting them and waiting few months to see anything popping up I started getting worried. Ive messaged Support about my problem and they just send another pack of seeds to start again free from any fees. Im amazed with the customer service of this Company and would totally recommend to anyone interested. Im not even dissapointent with no result with my first seeds, I guess its like with baking a bread, first ever baked will never be edible, haha! I'll deffinately share my expierence with second attempt. Great website for great stuff!

I have to say that Zamnesia gave me the best costumer service I have ever had. I soaked a couple of grow kits I shouldn't have, and ruined them. Zamnesia then gave me the proper instructions and gave me new kits free of charge. Thank you dearly! And let the psychedelic revolution flow free ❤

Most of Zamnesia's products are of great quality and even if anything's wrong, their customer support is just just top notch - replying immediately, offering solutions. It's a reliable and very professional seller. I totally recommend I will certainly keep on shoping at Zamnesia.

Unfortunately my kit contaminated after the first flush, but the support sent me a new one of my choice for free. 10/10 customer service, 10/10 products and 10/10 delivery. Zamnesia never disappoints. :)

I've been using Zamnesia for around 5 years or so now, needless to say its my go-to site for these types of products. The staff are well informed, friendly, and put customer service first. I have order their products from different countries in Europe, and have never had any issues what-so-ever.
