Secondly, their customer service and support team really shows what the company stands for. I got inspired to take mushrooms after reading a book on psychedelics. So I was so excited after ordering it and waiting for my parcel to arrive. On arrival there was a problem with the grow bag having a slight tear in it and during the stress/excitement of the moment trying to fix it, I followed the wrong instructions for prepping the grow kit. After getting in touch with the customer service team, explaining the situation and providing pictures they really took great care in helping me. They answered my emails with an approach of "what happened and how can we fix it" which I did not expect from such a big company. Their attitude was professional while warm and caring. They replied promptly to all my emails and offered to send me a new kit and told me exactly what to do this time. The new kit arrived and the mushrooms are growing.
