I had an issue with a payment which didn't get accepted they were very helpful and responded within 24hrs to help fix the problem. I have ordered items a few times in the past and everything went perfectly fine. Also nice the incentive to buy more with gifts which tbh are a nice perk like buy over a certain amount Free Delivery and a little token gift etc :)

Best support ever! Answer in 24h, I sent photos of my XL kit (it makes 1 mushroom only) and they give me 3 OPTIONS between another XL kit, an equal voucher (with free Shipping) or 2 regular kits, which i choose!

Ordered two GT Growkits that where a bit slow and mycelium did sadly not make a strong impression. After contacting the support - which replied very quickly and friendly - they agreed on replacing the kits. Very good support and very fair towards customer! Will buy again :)
