Io ero abbastanza incerto su quale grow kit scegliere. Non ho mai cresciuto funghi in vita mia, ma, grazie alle informazioni che zamnesia fornisce, ho imparato un sacco di cose e sono riuscito a far crescere il mio primo kit. Anche se ancora non mi e chiaro perchè sono cresciuti sotto la scatola e non sopra, ma questi sono detagli. DECISAMENTE CONSIGLIEREI AI MIEI AMICI E A TUTTI QUESTO SITO!! Exceptional customer service! The package arrived in perfect conditions and in a short time. The only thing is I would prefer that they highlight the various categories of grow kits they have. I was quite unsure which grow kit to choose. I've never grown mushrooms in my life, but thanks to the information zamnesia provides, I've learned a lot and managed to grow my first kit. Although it is still not clear to me why they grew under the box first and not above, but these are details. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS AND TO ALL THIS SITE !!

They have replied almost straightaway to my request and even better than that they sent me new products free of charge because of the inconvenience created with my order. I was super delighted and surprised to discover a team so attentive to its customers. I have nothing to say hard about customer service. The only downside would be the weakened power of the truffles sometimes on arrival at the house. Thx a lot for all that

I will be honest with you: none of the Northern Light Automatic (Royal Queen Seeds) feminized seed I bought with you is going well. 3 plants spontaneously died after growing few centimeters. 1 stopped to grow up more than 5 centimeters, another grew up very fast to 10 cm then the small leaves fade up and the plant stopped. So for this breed, it is a total disaster. I still have 5 more seeds but I am tired to lose time. It seems that the factory did something wrong or I am very very unlucky. Now I try with the free gift seed you gave me but the plant is to young for me to review.

Amazing customer service and response time. I definitely suggest this site. Also delivery was on time without delays.

Not that I'll stop being a customer, but I have to downgrade. Stuff is being added to my basket and I'm told that I have to pay for it. When I explain I never ordered it and I know that they don't deliver the product to my country, I get an email saying "we don't deliver to your country" that's not really an issue. I just hope whoever is tampering with my account doesn't have access to payment details. Nothing has gone missing from my bank account so maybe it's a glitch. But that needs to be addressed. The delivery?.....is painstakingly slow, they need to use a courier service, the extra few euro is well worth it, so if you are off mainland Europe plan 2 weeks ahead. In saying that they do deliver, and the products I buy are of excellent quality. They give plenty of discounts and freebies and I have and will recommend friends, and I'll definitely shop again. *This review is to try improve the service, not to insult anyone*

I got my order in time and started planting them immediately. However, only 1 of the 3 seeds came out so that was a bit of a bummer. I don't know if it's the fault of the seeds or just the weather because I don't have any growing lamps so it could just be my lack of skills anyway the one that did come out looks cute. xx Update: So The one that did come out eventually died... I guess I kinda expected it cus it was growing pretty slowly. Anyway Zamnesia contacted me about it and I can 100% say that I've never had a better customer service experience than I did with them. They offered me new seeds and a whole guideline on how to germenate them so I'm a very happy customer and I do recommend them as this is the first time I've ever had an issue (resolved) with them. xx

The package came pretty fast, the kit was in perfect conditions and i was impressed how many infos about growing your own you can find on they're web site. You just need a good dose of patience and you will grow the best stuff. THANKS TO EXIST ZAMNESIA!
