I have ordered from Zamnesia several times, everything was okay until terpenes did not arrive in my order, but after short talk with their support, they resolved my issue by sending it to me with free shipping. Growing kits were in decent condition, currently on second batch of 3 kits, growing nice, arrived fast, no issues with deliveries apart one item missing, which was resolved by Zamnesia support. Overall, great experience, lots of frequent and constant discounts if you know where to look :P As a note though, bongs are ridiculously overpriced for most pieces, as well as some electronics they offer, but that's depending on your sources.

Recently I have tried a couple of products (SPACE-E and TRIP-E) that I bought from Zamnesia. I did not enjoy the products because I did not get the expected and described effects, however, after I wrote a bad (but honest) review of this product, Zamnesia contacted me in private asking for further details about the issue. Then, they apologized offering me a voucher. I highly appreciated their attention to me and their service that they offer. This makes Zamnesia a serious company.

The Zamnesia team replied in a timely manner but did not answer when was my order actually going to be shipped, it was shipped 2 days after placing the order, not the next business day. The order was delivered within the time frame and well packaged. I ordered some truffles, I've only tried the Utopia, couple of days after I got it and was kinda disappointed. It was very nice, feel good high but the visuals were very mild, even following the recommendations and using the whole package.
