I ordered multiple times from them and it always went smoothly. Shipping is fast, prices are fair, goods are high quality. Helpful and interesting articles, guides and videos can be found on their website too. All problems I encountered (such as seeds that did not germinate) were resolved fast and to my satisfaction. They pay a lot of attention to their customers. Communication with them is nice and fast, their attitude is friendly and professional. I never doubt trusting them with any order. They do amazing job, keep it up!

A very good customer support. If you have some problems,or a Growkit that is not working, than you can solve the problem with amnesia. In most cases you get a new Growkit or a voucher. Zamnesia is very customer friendly. If you have a question,than write a email, and you’ll get a answer on the same day. That won’t be the last time I order at zamnesia!! Thumbs up 👍

I cannot fault this company, every product I have purchased has been top quality with excellent delivery, recently I made a mistake with my order totally €90 when I contacted Zamnesia the following day I was refunded every penny with no problem at all. 5 stars all the way!

First the website is really user friendly, all the info are in there for each product. Second, i got an issue for my grow pack and the customer service was extremely reactive, and also comprehensible. I didnt yet taste the product but no suprise its will be good.

I've ordered quite a few items from them and even though not everything was always as it should , their customer support was always more than willing to make up for any unfortunate mistakes that might had occured.
