These guys know how make their customers happy and are the nicest and most professional company I ever had to deal with! :) I ordered a grow kit and since I followed the wrong manual it didn't grow as expected. I contacted support and since the fault was on my side, they could have just told me to order a new kit. But these guys were so nice to send me a new kit completely free of charge! :) :) :) Apart from that: fast replies, fast shipping, great customer experience overall. I think pretty much any company should take Zamnesia as a great example when it comes to customer experience! Thanks guys and wish you all the best!

Great customer service. I received a mushroom kit which unfortunately didn't grow very well but after documenting the process and talking it through with the customer service they replaced it for a functioning one.

My først kit was a super growkit, not a succes. Zamnesia sent a new kit, at no cost, this was a fresh mushroom kit, great succes my først harvest is fantastic. I AM very satisfied

I has commanded 5 truffles, and they didn't have any effect because I didn't stored it in the fridge. So I contacted Zamnesia, and tell them this. They explain that I made a mistake and send me another truffles, with the possibility to take truffles more expensive, all free of charges ! When I received it, I stored it in my fridge and when I ate it, it was incredible. I recommend Zamnesia at 100% for truffles !

After an order was rejected, my money was refunded. At first, their was an error with zamnesia entering ny details incorrectly, after bringing this to their attention they resolved it and I received my refund a few days later. Communication from support was great throughout.
