I am really happy with Zamnesia. The products have a very good quality and they have a vast range of products. Especially the support is great! They do not hesitate to sent a product again if anything is wrong, the responses are quick and the people very polite.

Ask customer service about shipping, delivery, etc.,and got prompt and adequate answer.

Got a lot of Love for this company (Zammy & the elves) having bought two orders now and making a third at the moment. The products are great which is why I'm returning to sample more delights of what they have to offer - not things you can get at your usual shop. I was never expecting next-day delivery but considering it was to the UK I was just happy it made it (with everything going on) but they arrive safe and secure every time. I couldn't speak highly enough for this company, from their products to all their blog posts/ informative videos

The products were received in perfect condition, and had a nice quality. I am greatly satisfied, especially with how fast it was. The only problem I've had is that the lighter in the gift box was broken but that is extremely minor considering all I bought that was safely delivered.

Best customer service, very helpful and for any situation they always find a solution or the right advise to give. When one of the grow kits I had resulted to be defected from the beginning, they replaced it with another grow kit for free. Highly recommended!!

I've ordered a few times with Zamnesia and I really like their customer sevice. Last time I had problems with my grow kit, it was a bad one and they immediately got back to me and after giving them some information they offered me a voucher. Can really recommend them.

Zamnesia are what you want a company to be like. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and I always receive my orders in a timely way. Always good quality too. Paid with an international card and took a while for Zamnesia to receive it. Transfer costs got deducted so they received less than what I should have owed them. I couldn’t make another payment as there’s a minimum transfer limit and Zamnesia said it was fine to overlook just this time around. Very fast and helpful customer service! Great products!

First time orderd Valhalla truffels. They were amazing, visuals were over the top full of geometrical signs and figures. Unfortunately my second order wasn't delivered up to now. Zamnesia customer service immediately offered new order free of charge! Excellent service and products. I recommend.

Ordered shrooms in jan, was told after the fact that uk from now on is off limits for mushrooms "no exceptions" shown them screenshots of trust pilot customers receiving their grow-kits, they reply with "the order, you placed will still be coming your way" a week later i received it! did all the instructions from the vimeo video and all i got was mold. contacted again about this issue and was offered vouchers or replacement but was then told replacement not possible as of brexit & uk laws even though i still received the product in the 1st place! i was refunded, so all in all good service i'm just probably unlucky.

Now! About Zamnesia GT kit..In my opinion it is THE BEST from them all. Recently I had situation again (2 times only happened) that I ordered from your store a Supa Gro kit because of these amazing reviews and it was disaster. I'm biologist per say and I would never consciously contaminate mycelium..However happened to me twice and to my friend. But with Zamnesia Kit always works PERFECTLY. Btw thank you to accept my complaint and this exactly what happened after I used your voucher..The heads are already up. One Love and thank you very much. In touch 4ever..

Very fast and Kidn customer service. I got a not working mushroom kit, they offered me back a voucher or an alternative kit of my choice. I'm extremely happy about the courstesy. I hope the next kit will work.
