Amazing customer service.Very kind and helpfull,fast delivery,recieved my delivery in great condition.Unfortunatelly I had problem with my grow kit but recieved help from zamnesia immediately :) Will definitely be ordering again from zamnesia :D

Delivery was discreet and arrived promptly, product has been successful, although it would of been handy to have instructions given with the box, as I had to keep double checking in the website, for each stage which was a faff. Overall very happy with product, and experience given ☺

I've had only good experiences with Zamnesia over the years. Products are as-advertised in discrete and practical packages. The only time I got a defective kit, they quickly provided replacements, free of charge.

Never a problem with zamnesia. Used over last 4 years and service and goods were as expected and arrived well and without hindrance. I would reccomend them wholeheartedly to anyone who is interested in their wares. The only gripe I ever had was my last order included 2 clippers which were a set of 4 possible designs and i was sent 2 of the same design but that is not detracting from the service overall.
