We had a complaint to make: eight of the seeds we bought didn't germinate. We have been growing cannabis for over 20 years and are quite experienced. We received eight new seeds. We very much appreciate the service of Zamnesia customers as long as possible!

Amazing customer support! There was a wrong item in my order so I contacted Zamnesia. They responded first thing next morning and came with multiple solutions. Absolutely perfect. Always have and always will order at Zamnesia, the best!

I have ordered multiple times and will continue to do so. I have always been super satisfied with the products and have enjoyed experimenting with new things as well. I had a pretty complicated customer service issue and the Zamnesia representative(s) were really great in assisting me.

Hi there Ordered 5 seed from this company. I have been growing for 15 years and never had any problems with seeds. But only one off five sprouted. I do understand one or two might not come up but 4 from 5 is just poor! Contacted zamnesia about this and I got absolutely nothing. I won’t be using them again and I have told a lot of my friends the same. Much better companies out there that care about there customers. So just think twice before you order from them. I have been ordering by Zamnesia for many years and I always found it top for choises deliveries and quality of products. I had a problem with last seed package and they gave me a voucher of the same value for a next order. I did not ask for it but they want to give me the same. Extremely serious!

Very kind and always willing to help! The customer support service replies very promptly proposing solutions to any issues raised - I had multiple exchanges with them first because I got an order wrong, then because I misinterpreted instructions. In all cases, I was promptly helped!
