The customer service is impeccable. You can't criticize him, or I wouldn't understand why. I have always had solutions to my problems. I was able to deal with customer service twice. Once because there were products missing from the package, I got a direct replacement. And another time for a product that did not have the expected effect. I had a replacement right away after reporting it. On top of that, we get back to you very quickly and we react to your concerns very quickly. Just nickel. Thank you again Zamnesia. Gaël

I have had great service from Zamnesia, my packages were delivered in under a week most of the time, they had exactly what I ordered inside plus a free gift they gave me for buying from them. I have bought plenty of items from them, and they were always courteous, professional, and the one time that they sent me the wrong items, Zamnesia quickly sent me a replacement, with an apology and a voucher to order anything I wished to buy for the amount on the voucher. I would definatly recommend Zamnesia to anyone out there who want quick, and efficient service.

In spite of an error in my address Zamnesia did not stop resending it to me, until the error was corrected and the delivery arrived at my home. Very very polite. Thank you very much.
