My order came without any problem, but afterwards my account was deleted without notification. And that is my only complaint, after reaching out to the support it was explained to me why they did it. Please make an automated email to be send to those, whose accounts were deleted.

This Website/ company is the best. Easy and fast shopping, everything is well instructed and easy to access. Just ordered something with a gift card, which i thought was gonna be a pain and it took me 5 minutes max. Props to Zamnesia! Portugal sends love.

This was my first order and the package was declared lost, the Zamnesia team sent me another one for free. Eventually because I received both packages, I asked to pay for the second package but they said that I should consider it as a gift for my sincerity, the first package still appears to be in transit.
