The service is very kind and helpful. However, it was said that a product was not in stock and after several times asking it was all of a sudden in stock again. The service argued that they themself sometimes don't know when new products are available. This shoulb be better communicated to them.

Ok , zamnesia people have a dream customer service and are always helpfull but sometimes the products are faulty eg i bought 4 auto seeds from royal queen and 2 from zamnesia brand .From all these seeds only the 2 zamnesia seeds were alive and the 4 royal queen seeds did not sprout at all .I have had the same problem with royal queen seeds in the past so i am not buying again from this brand .

For sure the heat thing helped the mushies grow super fast. About the kit I will only say good things, but I must mention that the harvest was not super rich, but for sure it was also some point where I did failed. Si would recommend you guys any time! Peace and love!
