Im really satisfied about the support! They were helpful in any issues. After I didnt manage to grow the expected amount of fruits from gro kits, they offered me a free one. All needed information was given to make a successful harvest. Also got free gift next to my order what I really liked. Hope Im going to learn how to be a good "farmer". :)

Very good and responsive customer service. I recently received two grow kits out of which one was contaminated with mold. After giving them a detailed description of the problem and sending a couple of photos, they have promptly dispatched a replacement.

ZAMNESIA is the best shop ever. I buy seeds, mushrooms and many other stuff. All things are great and the price is realy okay =) My last offer...2 grow kits of mushrooms. They are contaminated!! =( But no problem for Zami...they are replace the boxes...at free!! =) BEST SHOP EVER....!!
