Great company. I was missing some items from my packages I took a picture and emailed them and within no time the rest of my order was shipped out with no problems. I love getting the little extras they throw in the box it’s awesome. I would recommend anyone using them. The quality of there seeds are great. Product comes out wonder indoor and outdoor.

The products are truly great, shipping is fast, and the product range is constantly expanding. The support is really excellent; problems are addressed promptly, and a solution is sought that is satisfactory for everyone. Furthermore, the installation instructions are constantly being improved, and the community provides valuable tips. A very good shop; I only shop here from now on.

Almost never had an issue, when something was missing they send it afterwards, issues with seeds (rarely) are handled very fast trough a voucher or you get your seeds refunded. All in all, they got a huge great quality product range! I can strongly recommend! :)

Received the mushrooms but there were no instructions. I had to find them myself and this caused problems as I followed the wrong instructions. Support was helpful with dealing with my problem, but not ideal for a novice.

I was unsure of what i wanted to order from the shroom shop, but there was a plethora of information on the site to help me choose including strain info, instructions and tips etc. The delivery took about a week and needless to say everything has worked out as described. I have ordered a large number of seeds from Zamnesia, and all have been great. Until the last order my seeds didn't germinate, I notified customer service and a free replacement order was shipped. Like I said, this was very unusual to not germinate since all of my previous orders germinated quickly. Zamnesia is my go to supplier, Thanks Z.

On the last one of the many mushroom growing kits I have purchased, I didn't have good results and they first tried their best to help me and once it was clear I tried my best to no avail, they sent me another kit free of charge.
