J'avais un soucis de germination de graine, Zamnesia m'en renvoie d'autre gratuitement afin que je puisse enfin réussir mon projet. Plusieurs années que je passe commande chez eux, jamais eu aucun de soucis ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.

2 bestellungen getätigt. bisher problemlos und zeitnah alles bestellte erhalten. ich hatte probleme mit dem keimen von 2 samen. habe das dann gemeldet, ersatz ist unterwegs. auch die kräutersamen und die chilisamen einwandfrei gekeimt. freue mich schon auf die ernte.

Eigentlich mag ich ja den Shop - gute Auswahl - viele Angebote - nette Tipps /Tricks für den Anbau und ein gut durchdachtes Bonuspunktesystem mit vielen interessanten Angeboten - leider ist der Versand ne absolute Katastrophe - erstmal - es wird (bei meinen Bestellungen jedenfalls) mit Hermes nach Deutschland versendet. (dieser hat ein sehr schlechtes Image unter den Lieferdiensten da Lieferungen of nicht - oder nur verzögert ankommen) - Dann ist da noch das Problem, daß bezahlte Bestellungen meist erst Tage /Wochen später verschickt werden - warum? Das wüsste ich auch gerne. Der Kundenservice reagiert scheinbar nur wenn er Bock hat - viele meiner Anfragen sind bisher unbeantwortet geblieben. Ich warte noch immer auf meine Bestellung vom 17.4.2025 - eine weitere Bestellung liegt bei Zamnesia und wird nicht verschickt (vom 2.5.2025)- es ist eine Katastrophe. Wer also möglichst zeitnah seine Ware erhalten möchte, bestellt lieber woanders. Mal schauen - ob - und wann ich mit meiner Ware rechnen kann - werde es dann hier nachträglich einfügen. (falls es möglich ist)

This was my first time ordering from Zamnesia, and I’ll definitely do it again. Everything went smoothly, and the products were excellent.

Not even a good company, they're talking about 3-5 working days fros shipping and i bought alot of times online never lost a package. I don't know how but they somehow managed to lose my package and now i'm waiting for my a new one a replacement order but they're never assuring that it'll arrive. The tracking i don't even know what it's supposed to mean. You'll give me a tracking code without it even working on the courrier you're using then why are you giving it to me. It' giving me false hope! I'll delete this review if i'm wrong but i'm not for now. Just use this site as your last option on the list and yeah it is legit i think. Their costumer service is good tho.

Any webshop can sell products, today a webshop stands out when they can provide amazing support when anything goes wrong. Zamnesia has proven again and again that they are trustworthy, reliable and understanding. They are a no brainer for anyone who wants a positive shopping experience! I rate them 7/5

I ordered my first set of seeds from Zamnesia, but they messed up the order and sent me just the newsletter instead (which was sent track and trace, and I paid full postage). It took two weeks to arrive, and after informing Zamnesia, they offered a voucher and free shipping on my next order. I have yet to receive the voucher, and I am still waiting to order seeds for my first grow. I gave two stars because I placed another order two days after the first one, and that arrived (but the order didn't include seeds). I was recommended Zamnesia by a trusted source, but form my experience I wouldn't recommended. Sorry, but that's just an honest assessment given the circumstances.
