Excellent Customer Service

This organisation has outstanding customer service. Their product is great and on the rare occassion that there has been an issue, their excellent customer service team has dealt with it proactively and positively. Highly recommended on-line supplier.

Kundenservice und qualität sind unterirdisch

Ich hatte mehrere Samen bestellt. Ich hatte nie probleme mit der Keimung, dann habe ich neue Sorten von Zamnesia probiert. Die Keimung war Katastrophe, 1von3 0von3. Die negativen Bewertungen zu den Sorten wurden natürlich nicht veröffentlicht, lieber wurden einem schnell 5 neue Samen versprochen auf die ich bis heute warte.

TERRIBLE

Ordered 3 weeks ago and my tracking tells me my order was posted a few days ago. Even now the tracking has it still in NL and not even left the country yet. No response from Zamnesia in 3 days. Will never use again AVOID!

Terrible Terrible experience

I placed my order on November the 19th. I got a mail the next day that said delivery takes 6 business days and i should consider this day 0. The order finally arrived on the 16th of December. Terrible experience. They used black Friday as an excuse even though i placed my order 10 days before black Friday.

Just Great!!!

Snelle levering en super service. Ik vroeg een keer om stickers voor mijn Jamaicaanse vriend en kreeg zoveel leuke goodies, hierbij was ook nog een persoonlijk berichtje geschreven. Jullie doen het Top!!!!!
