Ich bin erstaunt über das schnelle Handling von Tickets: da ich schon sehr oft bestellt habe kommt es doch mal vor, dass ein falscher Artikel dabei ist. Hier wird umgehend Hilfe angeboten und nach kurzer Zeit ist die Sendung mit dem richtigen Artikel im Briefkasten. Fazit: ich habe noch nie woanders Samen bestellt, da mir hier auch immer neue Anreize geboten werden. Weiter so: Grow high in the sky :)

I had to wait 2 weeks for my order to arrive and come to the conclusion they mistaken 1 pack auto seeds for a totally different feminized pack. Hope they correct there mistake and send me the pack I ordered. On the other hand I got some exclusive seeds for free :)

Ich bin Grow Neuling und habe bei meinen ersten Versuchen einige Fehler gemacht und einige Pflanzen mit diversen Nährstoffmängeln usw. angebaut. Aus Verzweifelung habe ich zweimal den Kundenservice kontaktiert, hier wurde mir immer innerhalb von ein bis zwei Tagen mit einigen Tipps und Anregungen geholfen. Dankeschön an das Zamnesia Team für diese tolle Unterstützung nach dem Kauf.

Ik kreeg een product te weinig toegestuurd maar wanneer ik dit aankaarte werd dit meteen opgelost en gecompenseerd. Verder kreeg ik via mail extra info en hulp. De compensatie was meer dan enkel het niet geleverde product. Zeer vriendelijke communicatie.

Bisher hatte ich nur wenig Grund für Kundenservice-Kontakt. Aber wenn dies der Fall war, kamen Antworten binnen weniger Stunden, spätestens am nächsten Tag. Jedes Mal war eine mehr als zufriedenstellende Lösung das Ergebnis. Einmal habe ich eine bereits getätigte Bestellung noch ändern wollen. Auch dieses war einfach so völlig unbürokratisch möglich. Bei anderen Web-Shops heißt es dann nur "Das geht leider nicht mehr, da bereits in Bearbeitung". Einfach ein großartiges, Kundenfreundliches Konzept.
