My first mushroom kit failed due to contamination but I got sent replacement and was very happy with the results.I found Zamnesia a really good company to deal with

The first kit didn't work, so they sent me another. Great customer service. The first kit was slow to come during the Christmas holidays. The second one came really fast.

goed aangekrege makkelijke instructies tot hier toe weinig reclamaties sommige dingen wat prijzig ma al en al valt goed mee voor de kwaliteit da je krijgt doe zo voort misschien wat pesticides en soorte potgronden zou het nog beter maken als dat in de shop zou bijkomen en misschien ook wat extra potten ook

As a UK customer I did experience an eleven day delay between dispatch and receiving but that’s an issue with UK custom inability to cope and had no impact on the quality or security of the products. They were safely packaged and look nice and fresh. The free ones are also looking very fresh and of a good variety. All in all a good experience and I will be ordering items from them again. The Zamnesia website is also full of really useful information.

Very good website. Very trust worthy. The parcel came a lot faster than expected so it as a really good nice surprise. The parcel was discrite so it's safer to ship it. I will definately surely buy more from this website. I didnt have to contact customer support but I'm sure that they would help if I needed
