It was all great, great packing, speedy delivery, nice price, they even threw in a few little bonuses. Also Zamnesia is great because they have a lot of practical information about all their products on the site. It is like full service, not just selling products, they take time to educate. You can tell they run the company with genuine interest.Love Zamnesia!

El sistema de puntuación siempre se agradece para valor las opiniones de otros usuarios. Sin embargo el filtro por idiomas no siempre funciona correctamente: algunas veces filtro por idioma español y no aparece ninguna reseña cuando realmente si la hay). Tampoco se puede hacer una búsqueda por puntuación (ver las mas negativas o ver las mas positivas).

Der Onlineshop ist sehr übersichtlich und gut organisiert, lädt zum Suchen und Forschen ein. Besonders positiv fallen die ausführlichen Anleitungen auf, die noch dazu gut organisiert und optisch ansprechend sind. Erst durch die Hintergrundinfo wird ein gezielter Einkauf möglich! Schließlich entsprechen die Produkte offenbar den hohen Vorgaben: Professionell verpackt, in bestem Zustand, mit guter Dokumentation. Wunschloses Kundenglück!

I bought b+ in December, Only side puns. Support guided me through with all steps, but First flush was not good, only side pins. They replaced me the box and second one golden teacher was truly good. Good service. Will order next here.

I liked the fact that the people that work for Zamnesia helped me either in telephone or by email <3.There was a problem with my order and couldnt be linked directly on me so you people made it easy and clear that there will be no problem with the money so one of your support members asked me to send him the recipt from the bank wire payment then a woman with a realy nice voice helped me link my order via telephone much love I will for sure order again!!

All the products I ordered were great. Actually every time I order from Zamnesia their products arrive on time and are dope. But what is even better is the customer service. I messed up my own order and when I talked to customer service not only did they answer me quickly but they helped me solve my problem. They probably have some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Il pacco è arrivato in una settimana circa dalla conferma del pagamento. Imballaggio molto ben fatto per entrambi gli articoli. Quello in legno è esattamente come dalle foto e descrizioni sul sito, purtroppo la talea è arrivata in non buone condizioni. Comunque è bastato inviare delle foto al servizio clienti, che rapidamente e molto gentilmente mi hanno offerto una soluzione molto vantaggiosa.
