Exceptional service in all the instances I needed the customer service. They even initiated communication when my review for a product wasn’t perfect, to offer a compensation without me asking. Schneller Versand und eine lustige personalisierte Versandbestätigung. Alles in allem vom Technischen und der Kundenbindung her top. Produktqualität könnte besser sein, liegt aber am subjektiven Empfinden. Preise sind an und für sich auch gut, aber der Mindestbestellwert ist meiner Meinung nach etwas hoch angesetzt.

As with the rest of the orders I have done with Zamnesia, everything is just exceptional. From the product selection to the checkout, really informative and easy. Ich fand das video überraschend und witzig. ich würde jederzeit wieder bei euch bestellen. Man kann bei euch eigentlich alles bekommen was das Herz so begehrt und wird dazu auch noch sehr nett empfangen und über seine pakete informiert. Ich kann bei einem so guten Service eigentlich nur 5 von 5 Sternen geben, ich hab nichts zu bemängeln.
