I was super happy with my order very discret package and no damage aswell. It took almost no time untill my order was getting processed very fast. My order was entirely and not damaged everything is top quality. They also send me some usefull goodies like a grinder and a lighter. Also the guides wich you can read for free are very detailed and contain lots of top quality informations about almost everything you need to know about growing. Also the seed diversity and quality is stunning. All in all Zamnesia contains everything a growers heart needs!

I've been a regular client of Zamnesia for a while now. For the first time, I had some issues with one of the products I ordered (cake was dead from the start). Contacted costumer service explaining the problem and received a very swift and helpful response. They asked for very reasonable proof and proceeded to refund me through a voucher. This is how costumer service and policy should be. Am happy costumer.

Zeer goede dienstverlening, tevreden over alles wat ik besteld heb, Alleen de pocket pollen press, die is zeker niet wat ik ervan verwacht had. Het is eigenlijk maar een plastieken prulletje. De bucket bong had ik ook meer van verwacht, ik wou het gebruiken om een vaporizer mee te vullen, maar de bucketbong wil niet zo goed mee

Heel gemakkelijk bestellen bij zamnesia ook de klantenservice is super goed. We hadden een probleem met onze growkit en deze hebben ze direct vervangen en alle nodige infobover hoe we deze moeten uitzetten meegeven. Ontzettend bedankt !

Zamnesia can be a bit pricey, and the doses sold as units are almost not enough for just one person which makes one have to buy more products unnecessarily. The team, however makes me return to them each time, even if i don't buy as much as i would like to. The support is incredible and i have never had a bad experience.
