Der Versand klappte immer problemlos, sehr schnell und vor allem diskret. Auf Fragen wurde immer sehr schnell reagiert, was auch nicht überall so ist. Alles in allem kann ich den Service hier nur empfehlen und ich bin schon länger Kunde bei Zamnesia und werde auch noch länger Kunde hier bleiben

Excellent customer service & really good products that always arrive on time. The products are very reasonably priced & there are often discounts & special offers. Very nice products. Discreet packaging. Fast delivery. Mystery bags are always welcome but i would prefer the content to be something more relevant to the order that i made. For example in my case i got rolling papers,grinder and some similar items which will not be of any use since i am not a smoker.
